Anchor Packaging

Anchor Packaging’s new line, Anchorware Reusables, features clear polypropylene containers that are both lightweight and durable, and they can allow foodservice operators to conveniently reuse packaging at a cost similar to single-use containers, according to Anchor. A full range of sizes from 16-ounce to 104-ounce in round, square, and rectangular shapes offer operators sustainable solutions for ambient, refrigerated, or hot foods to 230°F from grab-and-go displays or full-service meals and sides.

Volpi Foods

Charcuterie and specialty meat processing company Volpi Foods is expanding its presence in the meat snacks category with a new line of Salami Stix. The products are available in 2-ounce packages and offered in two flavors, Spicy or Original, both packed with protein. Salami Stix are made with all-natural ingredients and have 14 grams of protein per serving and no carbs.


Sabra’s new plant-based Mediterranean Garlic Dip comes in two flavors — Roasted Garlic and Spicy Harissa. They can be found in Target stores across the Midwest in the deli department and on Amazon Fresh nationally. The company said it created the dips to  provide a bold, dairy-free swap for typical dips like ranch and French onion for consumers with a lactose intolerance or who are just looking for something fresh.
