Boursin’s latest cheese, Black Truffle & Sea Salt, is a creamy, crumbly combination of real cheese and rich truffle flavor. Boursin recommends incorporating the product with polenta bites and flatbread, as well as making it the centerpiece of a cheese board.

Café Valley

Café Valley’s new line of 12-count and 24-count mini cupcake assortments includes varieties that will be available all year long as well as a seasonal line. The line features vanilla, chocolate, cookies and crème and red velvet flavors available in 12-count packages. There’s also a 24-count pack of chocolate and vanilla checkerboard cupcakes.

Blue Diamond Growers

Blue Diamond Growers’ Thin Dipped Almonds, a line of better-for-you snack nuts, are chocolate-dipped almonds that contain no cholesterol, artificial flavors or colors and 50% less sugar than the average chocolate-covered almond. Available in double dark chocolate and dark chocolate sea salt caramel varieties, each serving of the dipped almonds also contains 170 calories and 5 grams of protein.

Finless Foods

Winter melon is the main ingredient in Finless Foods’ plant-based tuna. It creates the perfect taste and texture of Ahi tuna, according to the company. 

The product is packaged for in-store deli and foodservice use in 1-pound bags.
