Suppliers and their retail partners are pushing specialty blue cheeses as a way for consumers to add variety to charcuterie boards, recipes and other use occasions.
The slow-churned butter maker said its newest products were crafted with “meticulous detail,” and launched ahead of the upcoming winter holidays so the flavorful butters could be featured in dishes for special occasions.
The new headquarters also features a state-of-the-art conversion facility for cupping, bagging, wedging, shredding and crumbling cheeses for numerous brands.
The trade association announced its Global Ingredients Summit will merge the Global Cheese Technology Forum with the Dairy Ingredients Technical Symposium.
