ELMHURST, ILL. – The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) will combine two of its signature conferences into one event in 2024.

The trade association announced its Global Ingredients Summit will merge the Global Cheese Technology Forum with the Dairy Ingredients Technical Symposium. The new conference will debut March 11-13, 2024, at Peppermill Resort, in Reno, Nevada.

ADPI shared that it had members’ travel and budget considerations in mind while integrating two events. The new Global Ingredients Summit will bring together industry leaders to discuss the latest research and highlight technological developments that are shaping the future for cheese, milk and whey ingredients.

Additionally, the program will feature equipment innovations, research on emerging technologies and advances in sustainability, biotechnology, data science, health and wellness.

The association also noted the event has exhibit opportunities designed to make connections with manufacturers that are looking to grow their businesses with innovations, services and solutions.

Another notable feature, per ADPI, will be a student research competition. It is open to undergraduate and graduate students, who may submit abstracts for poster presentations. Three applicants will be selected to give oral presentations during the conference.

More details, including registration information, are available online via ADPI’s website. The association shared that early bird registration runs through the end of 2023.
