ST. LOUIS — Fourth generation, family-owned meat processor Volpi Foods announced a new charcuterie product, Uncured Pepperoni & Chorizo Crumbles.

The Uncured Pepperoni & Chorizo Crumbles are a convenient way to add flavor and texture to a meal with bold, savory and smoky flavor, seasoned with paprika, pepperoncino flakes and fennel seed. Volpi said the crumbles are ready to eat and pair well with pizza, pasta, quesadillas, salads, soups, sauces and more.
