New research from leading ingredient provider Cargill finds consumers want both indulgence and health, and are willing to pay more for baked goods that deliver on both.
Joanne Knight has been named acting chief financial officer of Cargill. She will fill the role of Jamie Miller, who will step down on Jan. 13 to take an opportunity outside of Cargill, the company said.
Cargill has pledged to donate $14 million over the next three years in its partnership with CARE, a humanitarian aid organization focused on empowering and meeting the needs of women.
