Bread specialist Jenny Lee has entered the sandwich game.

Jenny Lee Sammiches, a hand-held French toast breakfast sandwich, are the fruit of a collaboration between 5 Generation Bakers, which makes Jenny Lee breads, and SwirleeSnax, a developer and marketer of food concepts.

Consisting of two slices of French-toasted Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl Bread and an egg, melted cheese and bacon or sausage, the individually packaged Sammiches are fully cooked, then shipped and stored frozen.
