New at Southern California retailer Gelson’s are two all-in-one meal kit programs: “What’s 4 Dinner” and “Dinner 2 Night.”

“What’s 4 Dinner” meal kits contain components for up to four meals, and “Dinner 2 Night” meal kits contain the same components for two meals.

Gelson’s currently has seven kits to choose from in each category, said Tony Phi Dang, executive chef at Gelson’s. Poached salmon and grilled sriracha shrimp skewers are two of the top sellers.

Perfect for meal prep or family dinners, the kits can be purchased daily in-store and are also available to order at Gelsons.com.

In addition to the “What’s 4 Dinner” program, Gelson’s kitchens also produce an assortment of individual components that can be mixed and matched to create your own meal kits, Dang said.

Customers can find main proteins like grilled sriracha shrimp, poached salmon, or tri-tip kabobs, which can be paired with roasted vegetables like Brussels sprouts or butternut squash or other sides.
