In Supermarket Perimeter's February issue, we highlighted three innovative products that are new to the fresh perimeter. You can read this story and more in our digital issue here.

1. Golden Dough Foods

A new collaboration between Golden Dough Foods and Girl Scouts of the USA features the iconic flavor of the beloved Thin Mints cookies in an on-the-go brownie format. The product began rolling out in December at Sam’s Club stores nationwide. It’s the first what will be a multi-product lineup.

2. Ficacci

Premium olive and antipasti supplier Ficacci has added a new product to its line of olives packaged in paper trays. The trays are 100% recyclable and keep olives fresh in a ready-to-use format with a design “so fancy that it suits any table.” The packaging has top and bottom plastic films that consumers can easily remove to serve the olives right in the paper tray.

3. Murray’s Cheese

The variety of cheeses and pairings found at Murray’s Cheese shops and counters are now available to be shipped to consumers’ doorsteps. Part of The Kroger Co., Murray’s Cheese unveiled five new monthly programs. Offering subscriptions to themed clubs in increments of three, six or 12 months, the packages include hand-cut and wrapped cheeses.
