NEW YORK — European family-owned Vandemoortele has hired Christine Hoguet as the new marketing manager for its United States business.

According to Vandemoortele, Hoguet graduated from Boston College with a master’s degree in business administration and has foodservice experience as associate brand manager for Stonyfield Farm along with her most recent role as CPG marketing manager at Panera Bread.

Hoguet said she is eager to join the Vandemoortele USA team.

“Vandemoortele provides an inspiring opportunity to leverage what I know while learning from an intelligent team eager to provide for retailers and consumers,” Hoguet said. “I look forward to all that is to come in this new position.”

Hoguet’s responsibilities in her new USA marketing manager position include:

  • Strategically marketing to North American retailers
  • Obtaining additional opportunities for growth within the segment
  • Leveraging the company’s flagship brand Banquet d’Or and its proprietary freezer-to-oven patented Bake’Up  technology
