In Supermarket Perimeter's December issue, we highlighted three innovative products that are new to the fresh perimeter. You can read this story and more in our digital issue here.

Sartori Cheese

Sartori Cheese has expanded its BellaVitano line with a new Tomato Basil variety. The company’s master cheesemakers recommend pairing Tomato Basil BellaVitano with prosciutto, olives, artichokes, full-bodied wines and sparkling water. The new cheese is available at retailers throughout the United States.

Sunnie

Sunnie has launched a fresh, refrigerated spin on Lunchables snack packs. Debuting in Target stores, the packs contains grain-free crackers formulated with cassava flour, avocado oil, flaxseed, coconut sugar and sea salt. A pizza-inspired kit adds organic mozzarella cheese and a marinara sauce made with organic vegetables including zucchini, carrots and celery. Additional varieties include hummus and sunflower seed butter with strawberry chia jam.

Entenmann’s

Entenmann’s is combining tradition and innovation with its first-ever baked donut – Entenmann’s Donut Cakes. The old-fashioned-style donuts are available at select retailers in two flavors, Cinnamon & Sugar and Double Chocolate Chip. Entenmann’s Donut Cakes come in boxes of six and are individually wrapped for freshness and on the go convenience.
