TELFORD, PA. — Godshall’s is venturing outside the bacon category with its two latest product innovations, All-Natural Turkey and Angus Beef Smoked Sausages and Kielbasa.

The sausages and kielbasa are wood smoked and fully cooked. Godshall’s said the poultry is sourced from cage-free turkeys raised in the United States and US-raised Angus beef. The sausages feature a blend of spices, garlic, cracked pepper and coarse ground meat.

“Our position as the third-largest turkey bacon brand and the largest beef bacon brand combined with our industry-leading consumer loyalty and purchasing frequency makes this the perfect time to bring our sausages and kielbasa to market,” said Francis Yupangco, executive director of marketing at Godshall’s. “Our new sausage consumers can expect the same high-quality ingredients and great taste that they’ve come to know and love in our bacon products.”

The turkey and angus beef offerings will come in 12 oz and 10 oz packages, respectively.

The All-Natural Turkey and Angus Beef Smoked Sausages and Kielbasa will debut at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, Calif., from March 7-11 and at the Annual Meat Conference in Dallas from March 6-8.

Not long before the launch of the smoked sausages and kielbasa products, Godshall’s debuted its All-Natural Uncured Canadian Turkey Bacon at Sam’s Clubs nationwide.
