Gourmet cracker specialist La Panzanella is adding a gluten-free product to its product roster.

Tukwila, Washington-based La Panzanella’s Gluten-Free Oat Thins come in three flavors: Toasted Oat, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic. The line will launch this summer.

Gluten-Free Oat Thins come in 5 oz packs and will retail for a suggested $4.99. They pair well with cheese, hummus, dips, meat and dried fruit, according to La Panzanella.

"Industry research reports that the gluten-free packaged food sector is expected to reach $8.1 billion by 2023, and as the market grows, consumers will demand more variety and tastier options," says Steve Lorenz, head of marketing for La Panzanella.
