CHICAGO – Lactalis USA dairy brand Cracker Barrel Cheese added to its portfolio, launching two new artisan flavors: Truffle Cheddar and Dill Havarti.

The brand said its expert cheesemakers brought together Cracker Barrel Cheese’s white cheddar and “the earthy, robust taste” of truffle in its new Truffle Cheddar, while Dill Havarti combines “the distinct, herbal taste of dill” with a “mild and buttery” Havarti.

Along with everyday snacking, the brand said its new artisan cheeses are ideal for charcuterie boards and pair well with red grapes, prosciutto and other staples.
