LOS ANGELES – Meat District has partnered with basketball legend and Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal to launch the 2-lb “SHAQ” burger pack. The collaboration is Meat District’s latest addition to its line of butcher-crafted, premium burgers that are seasoned and ready to cook. 

“We worked closely with Shaquille to create a product that would wow fans and we are both really proud of the ‘Shaq’ burger,” said Zack Levenson, Meat District’s chief operating officer. “We developed a perfect blend of Angus Beef Brisket, Short Rib, and Chuck in 8 oz patties for a larger than life, slam dunk burger.” 

The 15-time All-Star and sports analyst joins Meat District in the brand’s third year on shelves. Since its inception in April 2019, Meat District has grown its original line of gourmet burgers to include premium tri-tip, pork tenderloin, sausage and more.
