Austin, Texas-based retailer H-E-B says it is expanding its commitment to North Texas with the opening of its 80,000-square-foot store in Hudson Oaks.
The new store is the eighth in North Texas. Hudson Oaks is about 20 miles west of Fort Worth.
The company says the store is designed in a rural Texas style and offers world-class shopping with an emphasis on fresh, quality food options and innovative services that allow consumers to choose how they shop, pay for and receive their products. This includes the addition of H-E-B Curbside with covered parking and H-E-B Home Delivery.
“Our North Texas stores continue to flourish, and the Hudson Oaks store will allow us to answer the long-standing call for a store in this community,” says Leslie Sweet, H-E-B director of public affairs. “In addition to services like H-E-B Curbside and H-E-B Home Delivery, creating an exciting and complete shopping experience was essential in developing the store’s features.”
The store also includes full-service fresh food departments, including bakery, deli and fish markets, as well as a scratch bakery and tortillería with a wide selection of artisan breads, fresh tortillas, desserts, pastries and custom cakes.
A Cooking Connection features live cooking demonstrations, which use quick and easy recipes that can be replicated at home.
