WEST DES MOINES, IOWA — Hy-Vee has named a new president/chief operating officer and filled two other executive posts.

Jeremy Gosch is the retailer’s new president/CEO; Aaron Wiese is the new vice-chairman and president of supply chain and subsidiaries; and Andy Schreiner is the new senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.

The promotions follow the recent retirements of Jay Marshall, vice chairman and president of Hy-Vee Supply Chain and Subsidiaries and Mike Skokan, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.

Gosch joined Hy-Vee’s executive staff in 2012, when he was promoted to assistant vice president, operations, Northeast region. Over the next six years, he held several executive leadership roles, and in 2018, he was promoted to executive vice president, co-chief operating officer and chief marketing officer. Later that year he transitioned into chief operating officer. In April 2021, Gosch became president, retail operations and co-chief operating officer.
