WASHINGTON-The US Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) and St. Clair Shores, Mich.-based Alexander & Hornung announced a major expansion to a previous recall on its pepperoni and ham products.
The company said the recall changed from 234,391 lbs to more than 2.3 million lbs.
Alexander & Hornung, a subsidiary of Perdue Premium Meat Co. Inc., said that the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The list of products, produced on multiple dates, are listed here and are labeled with establishment number “EST. M10125” inside the USDA’s mark of inspection.
No reports of illness or injury have been linked to the products, according to the USDA.
