UPPER SADLE RIVER, NJ – Over the last month food retailers, manufacturers and farmers alike have experienced an unprecedented situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Companies and businesses all along the food chain have had to update policies to keep their employees and consumers safe while trying to meet growing consumer demand. 

There’s a lot of uncertainty about what best practices look like during these times. To provide some guidance, The Food Institute is hosting a webinar on April 20 at 1 p.m. CDT. “Crisis Management – A playbook in the wake of coronavirus” seeks to give webinar participants an outline of what companies should be doing during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the case the crisis worsens. 

Speakers Dave Mustin of Marcum LLP, New York, and Paul Schuldiner of Rosenthal & Rosenthal, New York, will discuss risk management, managing financial risk and supply chain risk in the current environment.
