Both flavors, which are available in bulk for retail hot bars, have Blount pushing past “traditional” recipes with its organics product line, which launched a year ago and has done well securing distribution around the country.

“The success of the Blount Organics line required that we start by reinterpreting some of our most popular soups as organic recipes,” said Bob Sewall, Blount’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “As those soups gain popularity and distribution, our chefs are eager to introduce more unique and specialized recipes, which we have tried to do with these new products.”

Bright orange in color with a vibrant aroma, Blount’s Organic Carrot & Broccoli Soup blends a creamy carrot puree with chopped broccoli and complements it with select spices for a flavorful kick. The Organic Tuscan Style Vegetable & Bean Soup is made with cannellini beans, spinach and red peppers in a tomato based broth with select spices.
