Retail chain Meijer has recalled hard-boiled egg products used in instore salad bars over listeria fears.
Meijer and Almark Foods are recalling 5 lb. bags of Diced Eggs Frozen used at stores in the Michigan cities of Grand Rapids and Rockford.
The recall involves product sold between Oct. 25 and Dec. 23. No illnesses related to the products have been reported.
Almark Foods issued the initial recall, in cooperation with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Meijer used the hard-boiled egg ingredients on its salad bars which originated from Almark Foods.
