Specialty cheesemaker Point Reyes Farmstead won two awards at the Good Food Awards Jan. 11 in San Francisco.

Point Reyes, California-based Point Reyes Farmstead’s Original Blue — the first cheese the company ever made — and its traditional Gouda were winners. The company was the only one in the cheese category to take home two awards.

“Everyone is so committed.  We continue to work hard to exceed the quality expectations of our customers,” says Point Reyes’ head cheesemaker, Kuba Hemmerling.  “These awards are testament to our continued focus on making the best cheese possible.”
