Baked goods and baking ingredients specialist Abel & Schafer has received Non-GMO Project certification for some of its products.

All of the company’s products are certified non-GMO by U.S. and European regulators, but Abel & Schafer is in the process of adding NGMO certification.

Products that now meet the NGMO standard include Good Nature Chocolate Cake, Whole Grain Good Nature Yellow Cake and Good Nature Apple Donuts.

Abel & Schafer provides the baking industry with a wide variety of high quality breads, cakes, muffins, mixes, bases, sours, dough conditioners and concentrated additives and flavors.
