Yeast and baking ingredients leader Lesaffre Yeast Corp. opened a new blending facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, May 16.
The cutting-edge plant will produce enzyme blends, concentrates, natural mold inhibitors and dough improvers under the Saf-Pro ingredients brand. The products will be supported by Lesaffre’s Baking Center in the company’s Milwaukee headquarters.
