Parker's, a national convenience store company, has expanded its Parker's Kitchen concept to 30 stores across Georgia and South Carolina.

Parker's Kitchen serves fresh, hot, Southern-inspired food made daily from scratch.

The company also announced it is extending foodservice hours at all Parker's Kitchen locations until 7 p.m. to better serve the dinnertime customers. 

"At Parker's, we're committed to using real ingredients and serving delicious Southern comfort food that's made from scratch every day," says Parker's president and CEO Greg Parker. "We're delighted to offer a tasty selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items that take convenience store food to a whole new level."

Parker's operates 51 c-stores across Georgia and South Carolina and employs nearly 1,000 people throughout the region. Parker's Kitchen features a range of foods, including:

  • Fresh, hormone-free chicken, pork chops, fish filets
  • Southern-inspired sides like mac 'n' cheese, flake biscuits and mashed potatoes
  • Breakfast bar with egg casserole, bacon, sausage and cheese grits
  • Family meal deals, which include choice of chicken as well as sides, yeast rolls and a gallon of iced tea
