PreGel opened its fifth United States-based International Training Center this week in Dallas. The locations adds to U.S. locations in Charlotte, NC, Los Angles, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Chicago.

"PreGel is excited about his new venture and looks forward to being a part of the infrastructure of commerce and business within the DFW area, and with the many successful food companies out of Texas," says Sean Pera, corporate pastry chef and US ITC manager. 

PreGel's training centers are billed as educational resources for students of all skill levels in the field of artisan frozen desserts and pastry. The Dallas location measures approximately 11,000 sq ft and includes a training kitchen complete with four stations, batch freezers, soft serve machines, refrigerators, display cases and more. It also features warehouse space to store the company's specialty dessert ingredients and better serve the growing customer base in the central region.
