Lidl is preparing for another round of store openings next week, including its first New Jersey location.

The Germany-based discount grocer that emphasizes produce and fresh bakery items has opened 20 locations throughout the Southeast. Its first New Jersey location will open in Vineland (about 30 miles south of Philadelphia) at 8 a.m. Nov. 16. Lidl locations will also open that day in North Carolina (Raleigh and Winston-Salem) and Virginia (Virginia Beach).

The company has established regional headquarters and distribution centers in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Georgia.
