Deli specialist Columbus Craft Meats has expanded its line of pre-sliced meats.

Hayward, Calif.-based Columbus’s roster of pre-sliced, antibiotic-free deli meats, launched in 2016, now includes three salamis:

  • Uncured Italian Dry Salami. A San Francisco favorite made with California red wine and crushed peppercorns;
  • Uncured Genoa Salami. A mild salami with hints of garlic; and
  • Uncured Pepperoni. Features spicy and smoky notes from paprika.

With a 22 percent growth rate, Columbus is the fastest growing Top 10 deli meat brand in the U.S., according to Nielsen data cited by the company.
