BRIDGEWATER, NJ – As millions of students across the United States return to school in a virtual setting due to COVID-19 this year, Applegate has launched Back to...Something, a coloring book and virtual lunch trade program to help fill student lunch times. 

The "Back to … Something" coloring book by Applegate is a new resource the brand has made available for free on its website. The coloring book features illustrated recipes for a Mini Italian Sub, Lunch Kebobs, Eat the Rainbow Turkey Sandwich, and a Design Your Own Bento Box. The back pages of the coloring book are filled with a "Meat Your Match" word scramble and word search activities. 

The brand has also launched the lunch trade social media sweepstakes. Beginning on Sept. 8, parents can send in a photo of what their kids are eating for lunch for a chance to win a one-month supply of Applegate deli products including Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Genoa Salami and Cheddar Cheese.
