Price Rite will roll out its new Marketplace concept, which features revamped produce and bakery departments and other perimeter story upgrades, at 17 more stores this year.

Price Right is introducing the award-winning redesigned store concept focused on deep discounts and fresh foods on the heels of successful rebrandings at select locations in Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

Seventeen Price Rite Marketplace stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania are the latest in line to welcome the new store concept, and additional Price Rite Marketplace stores will be redesigned in 2020.

Customers who visit the stores will find bright, revitalized  décor, including a market-style produce department brimming with fresh fruit, vegetables and organics, and the new ‘Drop Zone’ stocked with special surprise buys on must-have grocery items, according to the company.

Price Rite Marketplace is also committed to providing the freshest selection of  bakery items, including a new bakery department featuring the ‘The Sweet Spot’ dessert case.

The enhanced produce department will include a farmer’s market look and feel.
