Expanded prepared food and on-the-go offerings are among the highlights of remodels of four Stater Bros. stores, which are now ready to reopen.

San Bernardino, California-based Stater Bros. announced Aug. 31 it was ready to reopen stores in the California cities of West Covina, Santa Ana, Calimesa and Rancho Cucamonga.

Grab-and-go items and FujiSan Handcrafted Sushi, made daily instore, will be among the highlights of the reopened West Covina store. Expanded grab-and-go sections are also features of the revamped Santa Ana, Calimesa and Rancho Cucamonga stores.

Stater Bros. currently operates 171 supermarkets in Southern California.
