CHICAGO — Deli side dish specialist Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen Inc. will have four new products available for purchase June 4.

Albert Lea, Minnesota-based Mrs. Gerry’s highlighted the products at the 2018 National Restaurant Association Show May 19-22. This was the first year Mrs. Gerry’s exhibited at the show, said Brenda Donahe-Stevens, the company’s director of sales and marketing.

The new products include:

  • Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Sweet potatoes gently mashed and combined with whole milk, butter, brown sugar and seasonings.
  • Dill Potato Salad. Diced red potatoes covered in a rich mayonnaise and sour cream dressing and flavored with dill relish and seasoning.
  • Artichoke Tomato Salad. Quartered artichoke hearts and fresh tomato wedges tossed in a vinegar and Dijon mustard dressing with whole kernel corn, crinkle-cut green pepper strips, roasted red pepper strips and white and green onions.
  • Garden Bean Salad. Kidney beans, chickpeas and black beans combined in a white wine vinegar dressing with cucumbers, white onions, black olives and red, green and yellow bell peppers.
