The Kroger Co. announced on Thursday that it is actively recruiting experienced retail and digital and technology talent for new and open corporate and store management roles across its family of companies.

As part of Restock Kroger, the company is investing an incremental $500 million in human capital over the next three years. This is in addition to Kroger's efforts to rebalance store associate pay and benehftis while also focusing on certification, performance incentives, advancement opportunities and training for associates.
