A new-concept convenience store with a heavy emphasis on prepared foods has opened its doors.

Choice opened Oct. 13 in downtown Denver. Open 24 hours, seven days a week, the market has both groceries and an array of on-the-go items and freshly prepared meals and snacks.

“Whenever we go on the road, we’ve always found the same options: fast food that isn’t good, or good food that isn’t fast,” the company states on its website. With that in mind, Choice was created to mesh convenience with fresh prepared foods, much of them made with locally sourced ingredients.

Choice has prepared foods options for all dayparts. Breakfast items include a range of bowls, burritos, sandwiches and toasts. For lunch and dinner and everything in between, there are a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, flatbreads, bowls and sides.

Baked goods sold at Choice and used in the market’s prepared food items are baked daily in local bakeries. City Bakery, Rosenberg’s Bagels, Tender Belly, Continental Sausage, Red Bird Farms and Elevation Meats are among Choice’s local suppliers.

Choice orders may also be placed online, on the company’s app or through Postmates.
