Steve Dragoo, president, Solutions Consulting, Inc., received the 2013 International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association’s President’s Award at the Awards Banquet, the closing event of Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013. Voni Woods, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the IDDBA and Senior Director of Deli, Giant Eagle, Inc., selected Dragoo for the honor which recognizes distinguished service or contribution to the industry and honors those who have led with vision and dedication.

Steve Dragoo is founder and president of Solutions Consulting, Inc. During his 30-plus year career, Steve has worked for major retailers and for two of America’s largest food companies. With Solutions Consulting, he has acted as a trusted advisor and trainer for some of America’s most respected retail supermarket chains and food manufacturers, helping them tell their stories, formulate winning strategies, and continue to win during challenging economic times.

Since early 2001, Steve’s focus has been to develop and refine a “Customer Experience-Specific” training model.  Using a myriad of resources and field testing, he has developed a flexible framework for customized Customer Experience Training that can be adapted and applied to virtually any industry—across a wide spectrum of business situations.
