Target showed off its largest remodel investment in a single market this week, debuting $220 million worth of renovations in 28 stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It's all part of a plan to remodel hundreds of stores across the country over the next three years.

Eight North Texas stores completed their remodels last week and were celebrated with grand re-opening events for guests. Each store got top-to-bottom overhauls with customized design and functionality. That includes full makeovers for the food and beverage departments, where wood-grain fixtures, an updated floor, LED lighting and products merchandised with meal ideas.

"It’s so fun to see our guests’ reactions to our enhanced store as they discover all the new features,” says Brock Robinson, store team leader at the SuperTarget store in North Dallas. “With each corner they turn in the store, they find something new and you can see the excitement on their faces.”
