The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Associations elected the 2016-17 officers and board of directors at its annual business meeting in Chicago recently.

Jewel Hunt (group vice-president of bakery for Albertsons Companies) was elected the association's chairman of the board. Hunt has served on the board of directs since 2010. John Cheesman (vice-president of business development for Clyde's Donuts) will continue to serve on the board of directors as past chairman.

Other new officers are Erik Waterkotte (Columbus Meats), Rick Findlay (Whole Foods) and Gaetano Auricchio (BelGioioso Cheese). Three people were also appointed to the board of directors: Carter Califri (Norseland Inc), Dominique Delugeau (Saputo Specialty Cheese) and Carmela Serebryany-Harris (Upper Crust Ltd.).

Those elected to serve three-year terms on the board of directors are: Curt Coolidge (TreeHouse Foods), Linda Duwve (Emmi Roth USA), Rick Findlay (Whole Foods), Ray Lippert (DecoPac) and Joe Squires (Land O'Lakes).
