CORAL GABLES, FLA. - Fresh Del Monte Produce has added Elana Gold to its team in the role of vice president and chief marketing officer. Gold will be responsible for Del Monte’s global marketing functions and execute strategies to deliver long-term and sustainable business growth for the brand.
Gold has over 25 years of strategic marketing experience for global brands and companies including Abbot, Novartis, PepsiCo, Sabra Foods and Yum! Brands. Most recently, Gold served as the chief commercial officer at Before Brands, where she developed and launched a new category of childhood nutritional products aimed at reducing food allergies.

Gold holds a BA from Emory University in foreign languages and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business in marketing and finance.
