Publix, Procter & Gamble, and Special Olympics have partnered together for 33 years to help people with intellectual disabilities achieve their dreams.  Starting in January, they're offering customers three easy ways to "Be a fan" of Special Olympics:

On Sunday, December 29, 2013, customers can clip the P&G brandSAVER coupons featuring Special Olympics in their local newspapers.

  1. Customers can support Special Olympics while they shop at their neighborhood Publix by purchasing their favorite P&G products like Charmin, Pantene, and Downey and many other well-known brands during the month of January. Procter and Gamble will donate three cents for every coupon redeemed. The best part is that there is no limit to the gift that P&G will provide Special Olympics, so the more coupons redeemed, the more money raised for Special Olympics!
  2. While customers are at Publix January 2 - 22, they can show they’re a fan of Special Olympics by purchasing their very own paper torch at the check-out register for $1, $3, $5 or $10 to support Special Olympics and their local athletes!  The torches include $12.50 in coupons on select Procter and Gamble products. These coupons are good above and beyond the brandSAVER coupons.

To learn more about the athletes they support, starting in December fans can access videos, photos and bios at www.SavingsPG.com. Shoppers can also meet local athletes who will be on-site at Publix Super Market stores throughout the state.
