Dobla, the leader in chocolate decorations and in2food, the leader in pastry shells and silicone molds,  would like to announce the addition of the talented Joshua John Russell. 

Joshua, a pastry chef and cake designer, got his education at Johnson and Wales University and began his professional career at the famous Grove Park Inn in Ashville, NC.  Joshua has made a name for himself appearing in 15 episode of Food Network Challenge (winning 5) and all 6 episodes of Last Cake Standing.  He’s also been featured in many books and magazines, as well as had the opportunity to be a guest judge at cake shows around the country.  Joshua’s work as an instructor at has made him an international success. 

Joshua’s exceptional talents will be put to work at in2food doing product demonstrations, holiday/seasonal concept creation and customer specific custom programs just to name a few.  The addition of Joshua to the in2food team will insure we are providing world class talent to support our customers and partners.
