Ingredion, Inc. has partnered with The Hatchery Chicago, a non-profit food business incubator, as part of the Ingredion for Emerging Business initiative.
The Hatchery Chicago seeks to enable food and beverage entrepreneurs to build and grow successful business through three areas of need: access to production space, financing and resources. The company recently broke ground on a 67,000-square-foot facility in Chicago that will house between 75 and 100 food entrepreneurs.
