The ASPCA released its inaugural Supermarket Scorecard, which evaluates the 20 largest grocery store chains in the United States on their policies to address critical animal welfare issues.

Southeastern Grocers Inc. (SEG) has utilized its SEG Gives Foundation to provide youths ages 17 and younger with ‘Student Summer Lunch Pack’ meal boxes for only $2 in all Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery store locations through Labor Day.

Each store will pause in remembrance beginning at 8:46 a.m., then 9:03 a.m., 9:37 a.m. and 10:03 a.m.
