Stephanie Lilak most recently was chief people officer at Bumble Inc. She will succeed Paulette Alviti, who is set to retire in April 2024 following a transition period.
Net earnings in the fiscal year ended Sept. 30 totaled $78.91 million, equal to $4.10 per share on the common stock, up 67% from $47.23 million, or $2.47 per share, in fiscal 2022.
As part of the realignment, Ingredion said it will transition from a company organized by regions to one organized by production assets and commercial efforts.
The company broke ground at a 30,000-square-foot addition to its current facility in Hamtramck, increasing the total footprint to 140,000 square feet and upping production by nearly 35%.
The bump up in adjusted earnings-per-share
came against a backdrop of slightly lower year-over-year earnings at the St. Louis-based company in the third quarter.
