The line of Pillsbury breads and rolls helps in-store bakeries balance limited time and resources, offering a way to produce fresh-baked bread without requiring skilled labor.
“I would say the three off the top of my mind: labor, inflation and supply chain,” said Tyson Yu, Aspire Bakeries CEO. “Those are all related, of course. Probably a fourth is keeping baking top of mind for the consumer.”
The new TamperFlag rigid containers feature a tamper-evident “flag” that pops up and stays raised once opened to alert consumers that the container has been unsealed.
