ENICO, CALIF. — Southern California retailer Gelson’s has launched its menu of fully cooked holiday meals and sides for consumers who are seeking convenience while hosting.

This year’s holiday menu entrees feature both meat and plant-based options including a roasted turkey, prime rib brisket, plant-based celebration and hazelnut cranberry roast.

Sides can be ordered along with a meal or a la carte. Choices include mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole and butter flake dinner rolls.

Customers can also add other Gelson’s deli offerings such as catering platters of fresh meat or seafood to their pre-orders.

Holiday orders can be placed between now and Dec. 23 on the Gelson’s website.
