PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Better-for-you dip and guacamole specialist Good Foods has created a new position to oversee the company’s human resources.

Eric Munoz is the company’s first chief human resources officer (CHRO). In this role, Munoz will join the executive leadership team and strategize to ensure the company’s mission, value and goals are reflected in all human resources practices and the company’s work culture.

Prior to this role, Munoz spent more than 25 years in human resources, working for companies in the food industry including Kraft Foods, Mondelez International and Kellogg.

Munoz brings a unique skill set having worked internationally with Central America, the Caribbean and other parts of Latin America. He speaks multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
