KENT, WASH. — Harbor Foodservice, family-owned distributor in the Pacific Northwest, announced the acquisition of NW Foodservice Distribution Inc. as part of its strategy to expand its presence in that region.

Entering into its 100th year, Harbor currently serves over 8,000 restaurants, convenience stores and independent grocers with a selection of local and national branded products.

Founded in 1954, NW Foodservice is a broadline foodservice distributor servicing Southwest Washington and Northeast Oregon based in Longview, Wash.
