At a city planning meeting in Marlboro, VT, Net Cost Market ambassadors proposed a plan to turn a 33,662 square foot building into a supermarket that specializes in gourmet eastern European foods. The market would provide prepared meals and goods from local farmers as well as selections from countries like Germany and Lithuania, with goods ranging from breads to caviar.

The local population has a large number of people with eastern European heritage, and no other market like it exists in the area. The store will also offer outdoor seating and a gift shop if the plan is approved.
