BROOKLYN, NY — Brooklyn Cured has released a new brand focused on a line of pâté products. The new line, Gilbert & Bernard Pâté and Specialty Foods, includes four flavors individually packed in terrine molds. 

To form the new line, Scott Bridi, founder of charcuterie producer Brooklyn Cured, teamed up with his wife, Hannah Bae.  

"We developed the flavor profiles and packaging to give the category a fresh look and feel that will attract new customers to the joys of pâté," Bridi said.  

The products launching in March include: 

  • Pâté de Campagne with Port Wine and Citrus 

  • Black Truffle Mousse 

  • Pink Peppercorn Pâté 

  • Wild Mushroom Pâté 

The suggested retail price for the new products is $8.99-$9.99 and case specs are 6/7 oz.
