IRVINE, CALIF. - Before the Butcher is adding five new ground meat alternative products to its line of plant-based meat alternatives. The new varieties include UNCUT Ground, Chorizo Ground, Italian Ground, Taco Ground and Breakfast Ground.
Like Before the Butcher’s UNCUT burgers, the new products are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, non-GMO, and made from a proprietary combination of soy, coconut oil, canola oil and natural seasonings. Each serving contains 9 grams of plant protein and as little as 140 grams of sodium.
The new ground products are available for retail sale in 14-ounce bricks at MSRPs of $7.99.
